Messing up with GRanges in R

You don’t know how to do it til you’ve done it

It’s one of the weirdest things to me about doing science. I know generally how to do lots and lots of things; but that’s not always the same as knowing practically how to do these things. My case study today: just using GRanges in R to select a set of genes in a region, and then plot them.
